Over the past 12 years, she has also led extra-curricular sports clubs at the ACS International Schools in Hillingdon and Cobham.
In addition to her work with The MultiSports Group, Helen serves as the Parish Council liaison Governor at The Cottesloe School in Wing, Buckinghamshire. Through her various roles, Helen has become a respected leader in the world of sports education and is committed to inspiring the next generation of athletes.
As everyone become increasingly aware of the advantages of sports for both physical and mental well-being, parents and schools are recognising the necessity of encouraging children to engage in more weekly physical activity.
Helen says "Providing extra curricular clubs and weekend schools such as MultiSports means that children have the opportunity to increase the amount of sport they do in a week as well as broaden their sporting experience but most importantly they are taught by professional coaches who have lots of experience coaching children of all physical abilities.I am in a very privileged position to see the development of our students and the benefit they get from the sessions.
I often stand out on the field or in the sports hall and watch the students and as a parent myself I think if other parents could experience the joy I do from watching the children develop and see how much enjoyment the children have they would want their children to do this too. I welcome anyone to call and come up and take a look for yourself please don't hesitate to call. I will be more than happy to show you around"

Michelle is a lively member of the team and works very hard in channeling her enthusiasm into her sessions, which are always varied and packed with fun.
Michelle says "I love working at MultiSports Amersham & Chorleywood! Many of the students have been here longer than I have and spending so much time with them every weekend means we get to know them really well.
It is great to watch the students grow and progress, and sharing in their moments of success gives you such a good feeling. EVERY child should come to MultiSports!!"
MultiSports Coach - Daniel Eggleston BA (hons)
Daniel has a degree in Sports Coaching and a full time position coaching for the MK Dons. He has a broad background and came to us a year ago with lots of experience and plenty of new ideas. Daniel is a very attentive and caring coach and works hard to ensure his lesson plans are tailor made for each particular squad to ensure that all the students benefit from his sessions.
Daniel leans toward the team sports himself and says "So many skills for life can be learnt through team sports and by introducing new physical and fun activities all the time the students are constantly being challenged. The wide variety of sports we offer also helps keep them interested. 18 sports in a year - who could ever get bored with that!?"
Multisports Coach - Tom Bell
Tom is a relatively recent addition to the team and coaches in the main school. He has a passion for Basketball which is his coaching background where he has coached in camps in America at division 2 level. He also coached the NFL super bowl champion Louis Murphy for a basketball charity event and has worked with professional basketball players from Sweden and Norway at star events in London. He is also a qualified coach in handball and tag rugby.
Tom Says "MultiSports is the only club I have come across that offers such a wide range of sports and team building to it's students. It really is a great program and I can see already how all 3 aspects help the children develop a rounded approach. The team building sessions are very exciting and challenging and often very amusing too!"
MultiSports Coach - Nicola Theis BSC(hons) MSC PHD
Nicola works across all the MultiSports schools, and her knowledge and experience including working with children who have cerebral palsy makes her a valued member of our coaching staff and she is a great asset to the MultiSports team.
She has attained her Doctorate and full time lectures at St Mary's University in London.
Nicola says " It is great to be able to offer such a great sports programme to children as young as 4. Whether your child is physical or not they still need to be taught how their bodies can move - but in a fun way. Parents teach their children how to tie shoe laces or hold a pen, but often it won't cross their mind to teach a child how to throw and catch a ball. At the MultiSports children learn so many skills for different sports in a very fun yet disciplined and physical environment. It is so lovely to watch their faces when they accomplish something new."
MultiSports Coach - Harriet Olliffe BSC(hons)
Harriet has coached at MultiSports for 4 years across several of our venues and is now both a Main School coach on Saturday mornings and the leading Little Sporties coach on Sunday mornings at Amersham & Chorleywood.
Harriet is passionate about sport and having played and benefitted from being in the county netball team for many years she combines her weekend coaching with a full time job for England Netball where her role is to ensure netball is made as accessible as possible in schools and communities.
Harriet says "Children learn so many invaluable skills through sport that are transferable to everyday life. I believe every child should have the opportunity to do this and the MultiSports club in Amersham & Chorleywood provides the perfect environment for this to occur."
MultiSports Coach - Annie Hewiitt
Annie coaches the Little Sporties on a Saturday. She is currently studying for her sports degree at Bucks New University and comes to us as an accomplished football player and coach having played for Middlesex county for 3 years where she was the top goal scorer for 7 years in a row and being the proud win of 2 cup wins Annie has a lot to be proud of. She currently also coaches Ickenham girls team. Annie has also been the ball girl at Wembley for the champions league final, FA Cup games, Olympics and England world cup qualifiers.
Annie is a hard working, enthusiastic and fun! Her sessions are filled with enthralling themes including pirates and princesses, aliens and goblins and the imagination of the Little Sporties is actively encouraged along with the skills and drills of the sports.
With 40% of our Little Sporties being girls we are delighted to have such a great role model for women in sport coaching the classes.
